Recommended Starting Age:
We recommend that people have their Naga start somewhere between 100 - 200 years of age.

Red

Naga of fire, they may dabble in Lightning or even in Wind type abilities but their strongest element is fire. They often tend to have explosive tempers and while they might be 'wise' as they get older, they are far more impulsive than other naga. Leap before looking sort of personalities run rife within the red naga.

They don't usually have their human glamour until they reach the age of fifty and when they do they often have green eyes, and either red or brown hair. Their human skin tones are often a darker tone or tan, you don't get many who have a caucasian skin tone.

Blue

Blue naga specify in water or ice, they might dabble in the other element that pairs with their speciality and Plant type spells but they like all naga will have their strongest being either water or ice type abilities. Usually the lighter blue they are the more likely they are to specialize in ice.

Blue naga are often a more calculated and wise naga type, they tend not to horde gold or gemstones because they'll never spend or use it however they do tend to make their dens in much cooler climates, the more ice and snow or water, the better.

Blue naga tend to learn how to hold a human glamour before they hit their 20th birthday. They often have darker tone hair, blue or gray eyes and their skin tone could be anything really.

Green

Green naga are associated with earth, plants or wind. Sometimes they will dabble in all three but they like all other naga have one they specify in over the other two options. These naga often seem to be rather relaxed, perhaps dangerously so. It has been noted that a green naga has been found sleeping covered in moss, which means it's likely been there for years just having a snooze. They're more passive than other naga and would rather everyone just 'get along'.

Green naga tend to somehow know how to glamour themselves as humans from as little as 10 years of age, they also look unintelligible from humans and can come in a variety of shapes, sizes, skin tones and hair tones, all that look natural for humans to have.

Purple

Purple naga are associated with lightning, wind or chaos. Usually they specialize in lightning or wind, however they might dabble in all three elements that are accessible to them. Purple naga eyes are usually related to the type of magic they use, when it's lightning it's blue, when it's wind it's green and when it's chaos it's a sort of orange or brown colour.

They can take until they reach 100 years of age before they're able to form a human glamour for themselves, mostly because human glamours are not really a specialty for them and it's difficult to learn. Once learned however they seem to blend in just like the Green naga. Purple and Green naga have been known to get along rather well.

Gold

Gold naga are interesting, they are adamant about never hoarding items and are quite charitable just like the Silver naga, they will sell shed scales at night markets if they can find them in order to get cash. If they get enough to live on and then excess they will ensure that they are comfortable before giving money to charity or even to other hunters who may be struggling. Gold naga start with no element, they actually pick their own by the time they are thirty years of age, they have a choice between Earth, Lightning, Water, Light, Fire and Chaos. They are seen as the wisest of all naga and are usually very amiable to strangers, welcoming even though if they sense anything 'off' with a person they will be incredibly wary.

Gold naga have no issues glamouring but they might not actually glamour to appear as a human but something else entirely, they could appear as an angel, human, goblin, small bird or elf as their glamour (pick when making your naga).

Silver

Silver naga are very much the same as Gold naga though they look grayish and metallic, they look like they're covered in a shimmery steel often with piercing blue or green eyes. They much like gold naga will sell shed scales and donate any money that puts them in to extreme excess.

Their elements however are a little different, they have two that they specialize in but that means it locks them off from all other elements. The elements must also be elements that compliment one another in one way or another, for instance you could have water and lightning, these are associated with storms or fire and water for steam, earth and lightning however would not work together as earth is a complete counter to lightning. The combination should be chosen when making your naga. Silver naga cannot use chaos, abyssal or astral magic as it would make them either incredibly sick or corrupt them. Silver naga who have tried in the past to use these elements have died early deaths.

Naga kidnap people

Perhaps once upon a time black Naga or white Naga would kidnap people but they are more or less extinct, other Naga do not associate themselves with the Black and White Naga of old, in fact they see that chapter of their history as a shadow that looms over them and a warning for future generations of Naga.

Be yourself

When they say this they mean that personality wise other Naga or even people should never try to hide whom they are, it will cause imbalance internally, at least the Naga believe this to be so. Trying to be something you're not is destined for disaster.

Reputation - Beneficiary

The Naga has been a beneficiary of some kind to a community, that community are aware that the Naga is what they are under the glamour but are very welcoming to the Naga themselves. Usually this is a village or a small town where the leader or many families feel blessed to have the Naga in the area. They will often give food or information, maybe even a safe place to lay ones head depending on the situation for the Naga.
